Was getting unwanted, unfamiliar calls & wanted to investigate. Used website for search, claimed they charged $0.95 for a 7-day trial and charged nothing if no results.

Used service once with results, got e-mail stating I would be billed $0.95. Tried a second time w/no results, but received e-mail stating I would be billed $4.95.

My bank statement, however, showed a charge of $19.95 (a full membership). Tried e-mail asking to cancel membership & refund the $19.95. Response said their "service isn't free" and they apologized for any "misunderstanding".

Wrote several more times and tried calling (on hold for over 10 min. & hung up). Only received e-mail stating membership was cancelled, no refund. Wrote again stating without refund I would submit complaints of internet fraud. I haven't heard anything back, but received another charge of $4.95. Complaints filed w/FTC, FBI & local police depts.
