At some point I might have run a background check using this service and they have been charging me $20/month since then. The description of the service is super vague and have been mistaken the monthly charge on my credit card for a different recurring monthly charge.

They have now charged me hundreds of dollars for running a single background check. Someone should be doing a background check on this company and shutting it down.

You "might" have used the service? You're not sure if you even used it?

Next, you allow them to charge you "hundreds of dollars" which means the billing was going on for nearly a year minimum.

$20 a month and it takes you nearly a year to figure it out."Super vague" description on the CC statement...that's a good one!

People like you should be given an allowance of $10 a week in cash and be kept far away from any banking situations involving paying bills, using checking accounts, debit cards and credit cards.
