I had subscribed to Intelius back in 2019 - and have used other services since that time - I read a review that raved about Intelius, so I decided to give it a go.
They are such sneaks - firstly, they offer a 30-day discount of $12 and change with the proviso that after 30 days, you pay their regular $21.55 (?) monthly fee - presumably, as a PREMIUM member, you have all the benefits of PREMIUM membership, until a pop-up appears, advising for an additional $7.49, you have greater access - which if my math is correct, would bring you back to their $21.55 fee - so in the end, their 30-day discount is total BS - Talk about "caveat emptor." - this turned me off and come early September, I will make certain not to re-up. All of these services are pretty much the same - but Intelius giving with one hand and taking away with the other leaves a very sour taste in my mouth - and they've been hounding me to come here and opine - well, Intelius I hope you're happy - I cannot and would never recommend your service for your duplicitous practices.
* I don't expect to come by any information for FREE - don't obfuscate the issue.
Your practices are duplicitous and a waste of good money - I stand FIRMLY by my review. Coda - since they saw my review, they locked me out of my account which was paid for IN FULL - these are the kind of kneecapping tactics these thugs use.

Misleading headline.
I was notified of a FREE service on the advertisement. Unfortunately, it wasn't free, please change this heading before an individual isn't as open-minded as I am takes you to court.
Money shouldn't be the main objective, but helping people. Just speaking bluntly and trying to be informative.
I'm not a "pissed customer", but a realistic consumer. Thank you for your time.

Keep getting billed
I have been for a year now getting charged by u n people searchers on two separate accounts this is retarded I never did any trial or anything to do with u guys n u keep billing me n taking my money I don't use it

Yes, I still have an issue. I was incarcerated back in May 2021 thats around the same time I had also in the same month ordered your service for 2499 a month K I didnt get out and if incarceration till just recently, you guys only reverse fees back at year I never used this service You even checked and saw that I did not use the service but you guys only go back one year to return the fees so from May to September 2021 guys charge my account I dont have the money for that but I dont its not fair if I didnt use the service and I had no way to cancel the subscription If you guys reversed fees, then you should doesnt matter they shouldnt be a time limit I was incarcerated I didnt get out until recently thats not exactly fair.
Im very displeased and Im in a very tight situation. I dont have any money and I need every penny that I can get right now.
