I have sent Intellius 3 emails asking them to reverse 3 charges that were not authorized on my account. NO RESPONSE.
I now have to make a report to the Gendarmerie in France, since they charged my French bank account.
Their charges also caused overdraft charges too.....Does anyone know how to get a hold of their customer service team?
This compansy seems to be a total waste of time and is more concerned with charging than satisfying customers, since they can't even take the time to respond to emails with complaints.... just filling words here to make up the 100 word requirement!
