What a horrible company! I ran a background check & I could not even open it online. I called customer service & they tried several things but still could not access my report online. They told me there was nothing in the report anyway, but I knew there was something and said I wanted a refund because their info was wrong and I couldn't even access it online!

I was brushed off by customer service and they just kept saying they would not return my 49.95, over and over. I told them they did not hold up their end of the user agreement because I couldn't even see the report.

Do not use Intelius!!

Monetary Loss: $49.

Amy report you purchase from Intelius will remain on the website for 45 days. You can access your report by logging into the website, and clicking on the "My Reports" link.
