after subcribing to Intelius, i did not get any answers i was promised. so i immediately unsubcribed the same day.
they still charged me a fee for a free service they claimed and are still billing me. i am unable to contact them via internet nor phone. my bank is now taking care of them. i hope to report them to any and all agencies regarding internet fraud and abuse.
In addition, i am reporting it to several search engines so they may prohibit the owners who may now have a new name for this bogus service.
Ironically they claim to be a background check service. There bold disregard for the law is outrageous.
