They make it easy to accept the IDProtect service by accident. They give you a hard time when trying to explain and get a refund.

I was charged for two months I only got one month refund, at the time there was only one month showing on my credit card for aug, thinking that was the refund I got until I got my next statement to see another charge for Sept. They claim Sept was the refund and I basically have to eat the Aug. Their service for people search information in only about 50% correct.

Alot is old information that you can find on other sites for free and usually more up to date. Will never recommend again.

Monetary Loss: $19.
