I was charged twice for membership. Also no information was found for what I was looking for.

The first was my mistake for even payinng once for this site. Their mistake was to not come through with what they said they would and charged me

twice.

They decucted from my account $19.95 on the 10th of June and then again on the 15th of June. How can that be being billed twice in five days and then not help search in any way

Very scary for a company to beable to just take funds out of your account without being authorized.
