Intelius will not honor my request to discontinue my subscription..need help from a legal councellor to do ths..help is needed now !!!

Intelius keeps subscribing me without my consent on my credit card to do the new subscription. Have continued to try to reach them via phone, can not get thru to them.
After 5 days, I will try to call them again & again if need be.
Any positive suggestions to resolve this are greatly appreciated... as soon as possible . Now would be better than later
