Tried to find out by phone why a charge was put on my card and was on hold long time.
Then finally spoke to someone and said I must have checked the box to subscribe.
No way.Cancelation email finally arrived but did not credit my account.Charge is still
on bank account as of this morning.Has anyone else had this problem.Also this
company couldn't even find my mother who has been at the same address for 35
years.When I told this to rep on phone she got snippy.Hope people read this.
